Therapy here is a space to sort through what’s been building- without rushing it or overcomplicating it.

A lot of my clients are used to holding things together. But internally, it can feel like a lot. Anxiety that doesn’t fully turn off, constant overthinking, or feeling stretched thin in ways that are hard to explain.

We use this space to slow things down, understand what’s underneath it, and figure out what actually needs to shift.
